Accessibility statement
Last updated: 22 October 2026
GeDy TrAss S.r.l. wants www.gedytrass.com to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or reduced motion. As a micro-enterprise working with other businesses we are not required to publish this statement: we do it by choice, following the structure of the statements set out in European law.
Compliance status
The site is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA, the reference of the European standard EN 301 549. The parts that are not yet compliant are listed below.
What we have done
- Text and background colours with checked contrast, including the dark sections.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a focus indicator that is always visible and a link to skip to the content.
- Every animation and moving video has a pause button; with the system’s “reduce motion” setting the animations start paused.
- The sound of the interactive lab starts only on request and stops with the Esc key; the main values are also shown as text.
- The contact form has explicit labels, reports errors field by field and asks no puzzles (reCAPTCHA v3 works without challenges).
- Pages work from 320 px wide and with text enlarged to 200%.
- All content is available in English and Italian, with the language declared in the page code.
Known limits
- The presentation video is hosted on YouTube: captions are those YouTube makes available and are not under our control.
- The scientific publications, social profiles and publisher sites we link to belong to third parties and are outside this statement.
- The platform at app.gedytrass.com is a separate service and will have its own review.
- We have not yet run tests with people who use assistive technologies: that is the next step.
How it was assessed
Self-assessment of 22 October 2026: automated checks with axe-core on every type of page, in English and Italian, at 1440 and 390 px wide; manual checks of keyboard navigation, focus, contrast and behaviour with reduced motion. We review the statement at least once a year and whenever the site changes significantly.
Report a problem
If you find a part of the site you cannot use, write to info@gedytrass.com or use the contact form, telling us the page and the problem. We answer within 30 days and, if needed, send you the content in an accessible format.
